In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "777bk," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 777bk.bio and all associated services.
• "User," "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the 777bk platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 777bk platform.
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

• "Real Money Funds" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) deposited by the User from their own personal financial accounts.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction elected by the User that limits or suspends access to their 777bk account for a defined or indefinite period.

777bk reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Where changes are material, 777bk will notify registered users by email or via on-platform notification.

To register and maintain a 777bk account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777bk does not permit individuals under 21 to open accounts, deposit funds, or participate in any real-money gaming activity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded from any gambling service or included on any self-exclusion register.
• You must not have had a previous 777bk account closed for any breach of this Agreement.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 777bk platform. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and Pakistani mobile number. Provision of false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777bk account credentials, including your email address, password, and any two-factor authentication methods enabled on your account.

You must notify 777bk immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 777bk shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the User has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their credentials with a third party.

Account currencies are fixed in PKR at the time of registration and cannot be changed. All balance displays, bets placed, bonuses credited, and withdrawals processed will be denominated in Pakistani Rupees.

777bk reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, subject to applicable regulatory requirements, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• The account holder has been found to have violated any provision of this Agreement.
• A self-exclusion request has been received and processed.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.

777bk accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Deposits: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your 777bk account in real time under normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time subject to your financial institution's internal processing schedules.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day, subject to standard banking hours.

777bk does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawal transactions. However, your financial institution or mobile wallet provider may apply their own processing charges, for which 777bk accepts no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in the name of the 777bk account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded where detected, subject to a processing review period.

If a deposit is made and the associated funds cannot be verified as originating from a legitimate personal account, 777bk reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation and withhold withdrawal of those specific funds until the matter is resolved.

777bk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms.
• Minimum Odds: Where sports betting bonuses apply, qualifying bets may be restricted to selections at minimum specified odds.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and/or wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period specified. Unused or unmet bonuses will expire and be removed from the account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories or individual titles. Participation of bonus funds in restricted games may result in immediate bonus forfeiture.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777bk platform. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account on the 777bk platform, whether under the same or a different name.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle, including KYC verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, exploits, or any artificial means to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in live table games, poker, or any other multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or obvious platform errors to gain financial benefit without promptly reporting the issue to 777bk.
• Using the 777bk platform for money laundering, financing of unlawful activities, or any other financially criminal purpose.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 777bk account to any other person for any reason.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the security infrastructure of the 777bk platform.

Cooling-Off Periods: Players may elect a temporary account cooling-off period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks without permanently closing their account.

All content on the 777bk platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video content, and the 777bk brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777bk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777bk platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any 777bk content for any purpose.
• Modifying, creating derivative works from, or reverse-engineering any part of the platform.
• Using the 777bk brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, indexing, or systematically extracting data from the platform without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777bk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss resulting from service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unplanned outages.
• Loss arising from third-party payment processing delays beyond 777bk's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate account security.
• Technical failures of internet connectivity, mobile networks, or device hardware affecting access to the platform.

777bk's total aggregate liability to any single user arising from any cause of action shall not exceed the total real-money funds held in that user's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

777bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, registered users will be notified by email to their registered address or via on-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Continued use of the 777bk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.

Account Termination by You: You may request account closure at any time by contacting 777bk support. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds held in your account balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC review and provided no withdrawal restrictions are active.

Account Termination by 777bk: 777bk may suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe this Agreement has been breached. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity, 777bk reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777bk's operating licence is issued. Nothing in this Agreement creates any obligation on 777bk to comply with laws of any jurisdiction in which the platform's services are not authorised to operate.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the 777bk platform or any provision of this Agreement, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting the 777bk support team. 777bk will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to 777bk's designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Details of the ADR provider are available upon request from the 777bk support team.

Nothing in this Agreement affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
